„Rīgas satiksme” launches “Thank you!” campaign for its clients

"Rīgas satiksme" launches a new campaign to thank all its clients for using public transport services, as well as for passengers’ proposals so that passengers have more nice trips.

Every month the company carries 12 million passengers on the average and receives about 40 thousand customer requests, including information questions, complaints, proposals and thanks. Various changes in the range of tickets, public transport traffic and customer service have been made, based on the customers’ proposals. For example, bus route No. 58 from Purvciems to Vecmīlgrāvis was opened

Special campaign posters showing hands of different groups of passengers – from young to elderly can be seen in trams, trolleybuses and buses. They represent different groups of passengers who have used Riga public transport for decades.
