“Rīgas satiksme” is ready to offer jobs to the asylum seekers from Ukraine – the vacancies of the vehicle cleaner, driver, parking controller, etc, realizing that at the same time, changes in the regulatory enactments are needed to enable the Ukrainian citizens to work in the company.
The company has permanent job vacancies and would be happy to offer jobs to fill over 20 open vacancies to people on the run from Ukraine who were able to come to Latvia. At the same time, “Rīgas satiksme” evaluated the available resources and can secure not only jobs for these people, but also temporary accommodation in a subordinate hotel.

We can also offer accommodation in a subordinate hotel thereby helping to address the issue of housing until better solutions are found.”
“Rīgas satiksme” will follow the changes in the Latvian legislation, hoping for the supportive changes in the regulatory enactments governing employment, for example, conditions for the level of the state language for certain occupational groups.
