Additional buses will be organised to and from the Måneskin concert in Mežaparks
Rīgas satiksme informs that in cooperation with the organisers of the Måneskin concert on Thursday, 18 May, additional buses will be organised on the route “Esplanāde–Mežaparks” so that concert-goers can get to Mežaparks for the concert. After the concert, the buses will return to the centre on the route “Mežaparks–Esplanāde”.
The buses to Mežaparks will start running from 17.00 from the stop “Tērbatas iela” (near the District Court building). The bus will go along Brīvības iela with all stops to G. Zemgala gatve, then the route turns onto G. Zemgala gatve, stops at VEF Kultūras pils (stop “Brīvības gatve”) and goes without stops to Viestura prospekts inside the Mežaparks territory.
After the concert, buses will similarly be routed back from Mežaparks without stops to the stop VEF in Brīvības iela, and then with all stops in Brīvības iela to Esplanāde.
Registration and purchase of an e-ticket or code ticket are also required for these trips. A 90-minute ticket costs EUR 1.50. When planning the trip and buying an e-ticket, Rīgas satiksme invites you to buy two trips at once – one to get to the concert and the other for your way back, because tickets cannot be purchased at the driver of the public transport.
