An F1 car takes to the streets of Riga on a special Rīgas satiksme tram platform
From 10 to 14 August, people in Riga will have the chance to spot a special Rīgas satiksme tram carrying an F1 car on its platform. This unusual sight offers everyone a unique opportunity to see F1 racing technology in a completely unexpected setting — and, this time, to see a tram temporarily take the lead ahead of a powerful racing car.
The special tram’s journeys will primarily take place along various tram routes without disrupting regular passenger services. The special tram will operate in the direction of Imanta, Jugla, Mežaparks and Iļģuciems, as well as towards Ķengarags.
