Changes to selected route 12 and route 19 trolleybus services from 1 July
Starting 1 July, selected weekday trips on trolleybus routes 12 and 19 to and from the trolleybus depots at 32 Ganību dambis and 16 Vienības gatve will be changed.
Trips departing from the trolleybus depot
- Route 12
The 6:05 departure from LU Academic Centre towards Āgenskalna priedes will be discontinued. As a result, the Uzvaras parks and Balasta dambis stops will no longer be served by this trip. A new departure will be introduced at 5:55 from Ganību dambis towards Āgenskalna priedes. Departure times from Ķīpsala to Āgenskalna priedes will remain unchanged.
- Route 19
The 6:58 departure from Bieķensalas iela towards Ziepniekkalns will be discontinued. A new departure will be introduced at 6:36 from Rāmuļu iela towards Ziepniekkalns. Departure times from Mūkusalas rotācijas aplis to Ziepniekkalns will remain unchanged.
Trips returning to the trolleybus depot
- Route 12
The 21:29 departure from Āgenskalna priedes to Trolleybus depot No. 2 (16 Vienības gatve) will be discontinued. As a result, the following stops will no longer be served by this trip:
- Valsts arhīvs (Kalnciema iela)
- Daugavgrīvas iela
- Uzvaras parks
- National Library
- LU Academic Centre
Instead, the 21:29 departure from Āgenskalna priedes will operate to Trolleybus depot No. 1 (32 Ganību dambis) via Vanšu Bridge and Duntes iela. Departure times from Āgenskalna priedes to Kapseļu iela will remain unchanged.
- Route 19
The 19:34 departure from Ziepniekkalns to Trolleybus depot No. 2 (16 Vienības gatve) will be discontinued. As a result, the Bieķensalas iela and Jelgavas iela stops will no longer be served by this trip. Instead, the 19:34 departure from Ziepniekkalns will operate to Trolleybus depot No. 1 (32 Ganību dambis) via Salu Bridge and Ganību dambis. Departure times from Ziepniekkalns to Mūkusalas rotācijas aplis will remain unchanged.
