To receive information and to send/receive short messages, remember the following phone number - 1859.
Having put your car in the parking lot, please send an SMS to the indicated number with the following information:
- start to pay for parking lot (start)
- car number
- tariff zone*
For example - start AA1234 A
When driving out from the parking lot, please send an SMS to the indicated number with the following information:
- stop to pay for parking lot (stop)
- car number
- tariff zone*

After sending an SMS on starting the payment, you will receive a reply letter from „Mobilly” about successful start of time count (STĀVVIETA AKTIVIZĒTA).
After sending an SMS about ending the payment, you will receive a reply SMS from „Mobilly” about successful termination of time count. (STĀVVIETAS APMAKSA APSTĀDINĀTA).
The price of a reply SMS is 0.07 EUR. The amount is deducted from the client’s virtual account. One can renounce this short message by sending an SMS.

One can renounce this short message by sending an SMS to number 1859 with text ATBILDE STOP.
To resume the reception of reply SMS, you have to send an SMS with text ATBILDE START.You can check your account balance by sending an SMS with text KONTS. In reply SMS you will receive information about the account balance and the number of parked cars at the moment.
More information about the account balance and effected payments is available on the „Mobilly” website after entering the mobile phone number and password (received at the registration moment).
* Tariff zone – as there are different tariffs in various places of Riga, the parking lots are divided into tariff zones – A,B,C,D,R and V.

EuroPark
In view of the merger of Stova LLC (hereinafter – uniPark) and EuroPark Latvia LLC (hereinafter – EuroPark) now underway, customers are further going to have access to a new payment option to pay for the use of parking lots operated by "Rīgas satiksme". From February 3, 2020, parking at the lots operated by "Rīgas Satiksme" can also be paid using the EuroPark mobile app.
- Thus, the EuroPark mobile application can be used to pay for parking at any EuroPark prepaid parking lots, parking areas operated by "Rīgas Satiksme" and uniPark lots. Payments through the uniPark mobile application remain available to customers as well.
- The application offers two payment modes – prepayment with a bankcard, or an agreement with EuroPark on the usage of the app and post-payment for services.
- EuroPark maintains a 24/7 helpline for customers, accessible by calling +371 67324508, as well as an electronic help desk, which can be contacted at info@europark.lv.
- In order to use the EuroPark mobile app, please download it from Google Play or App Store, sign in, choose the payment mode, enter the vehicle's registration number, select the parking lot and proceed to payment.
