Wheel blocking

blokesana - Copy.jpg

A wheel-blocking device is put on the vehicle after the third post-payment notice is applied if at least two post-payment notices received after the 1st November 2018 have not been paid or in cases where no registration plate is attached to the vehicle.

The second unpaid post-payment notice warns vehicle drivers that next time a wheel-blocking device will be put on the vehicle.

See post-payment notices here.

  • How to act if a wheel-blocking device has been put on the vehicle?

    1. Pay the post-payment notices received.

    2. Apply for the removal of the wheel-blocking device by phone 8585 or 20361862.

    3. The removal of the wheel-blocking device is provided within 2 hours upon receiving the call from 6.00 a.m. until 23.00 p.m. only if all post-payment notices have been paid.

If a wheel-blocking device is put on the vehicle, no discount applies to unpaid post-payment notices.

The removal of the wheel-blocking device does not relieve the parking lot user from paying for the use of the parking service in the following days in case the removal of the wheel-blocking device has not been applied for.
