RENTAL AND MAINTENANCE OF PASSENGER CARS

"Rīgas satiksme" offers long-term rental and maintenance of passenger cars to legal entities. The company is specialised in serving state and municipal institutions and enjoys many years of successful partnership with car dealers and leasing companies, which quickly solve car rental and repair issues.

Rental and maintenance of passenger cars:

Administration – accounting of data of cars and related costs in an up-to-date transport management system, standard and non-standard reports and analysis.

Organisation and management of insurance – we provide mandatory third party’s civil liability insurance and CASCO insurance and organise procedures related to insured events, we represent the hirer in all damage settlement institutions and provide necessary repair when an insured event occurs.

Administration of taxes and payments – we pay annual taxes and duties and ensure the passage of MOT test.

Administration of technical maintenance, repair and their costs – we organise regular technical maintenance of cars, as well as their repair after road accidents in compliance with the conditions set by the manufacturer or the dealer.

Tyre service – we buy, change and store season tyres.

Backup car – we provide the hirer with a backup car within one workday if technical maintenance or repair works due to insured events last more than one workday.

Fuel cards – we offer "Neste", "Statoil" or "Rīgas satiksme" fuel cards. We organise electronic processing of data for purchases made with credit cards.

Car washing – we offer services of the car wash of "Rīgas satiksme" Motor pool at Katrīnas dambis 4, in Riga.

Driver’s services – we offer professional drivers.

Operational goods – we provide delivery of car-related goods and operational goods from "Rīgas satiksme" warehouse at Katrīnas dambis 4, in Riga.
