You can pay for parking using the mobile app, by SMS, or at a parking payment machine. Please note that payment must be made within 5 minutes of parking your vehicle. Once the payment period has ended, you must leave the parking space within 15 minutes.
Payment via Mobile App
Parking can be paid for quickly and conveniently using the Rīgas satiksme mobile app.
Payment is also available via the EuroPark and Mobilly apps.

Payment by SMS
SMS payment is available via the Mobilly service and requires a Mobilly account to be set up in advance.
- To start a parking session, send START SPACE VEHICLE REGISTRATION NUMBER SPACE ZONE to 1859.
- To stop the parking session, send STOP to 1859.

Payment at a Parking Payment Machine
You can pay at a parking payment machine by selecting the parking zone and specifying the parking duration, then paying by bank card. After payment, the receipt is issued electronically and is available:
- by scanning the QR code displayed on the screen;
- by email;
- on the Electronic Receipts website.
Additional Information
A disabled parking permit or monthly parking pass must be placed in a clearly visible position on the vehicle’s dashboard, so that parking control officers can clearly see its details, validity period, and number.
