Sabiedriskā transporta līdzekļu riepu atjaunošana EN Retreading of tyres on public transport vehicles
Lai piedalītos tirgus izpētē, jāaizpilda pieteikums un piedāvājuma forma, norādot tajā prasīto informāciju.
Pieteikumā iekļautā informācija tiks izmantota, lai pieņemtu lēmumu par līguma noslēgšanu vai tirgus izpētes izbeigšanu, ja netiks iesniegti vai saņemti prasībām atbilstoši piedāvājumi.
Līguma slēgšanas tiesības tiks piešķirtas tam pretendentam, kura piedāvājums atbilst izvirzītajām prasībām un ir ar zemāko cenu atbilstoši tirgus izpētes pieteikumā formā noteiktajiem nosacījumiem.
Pasūtītājam ir tiesības neizvēlēties nevienu piedāvājumu, pārtraukt vai izbeigt tirgus izpēti bez rezultāta.

You are invited to participate in the market investigation and to submit your application and tender for the market investigation "Retreading of tyres on public transport vehicles", indicating the information requested.
The information contained in the application will be used to decide whether to award the contract or to terminate the market investigation if no responsive tenders are submitted or received.
The contract will be awarded to the tenderer whose tender meets the requirements and is the lowest tender in accordance with the conditions set out in the market test application form.
The Contracting Authority shall have the right not to select any tender or to suspend or terminate the market investigation without result.
