Stop on request
"Stop on request" system has been implemented on the following "Rīgas satiksme" routes:
- trolleybuses 1, 3, 4, 5, 9, 11, 13, 14, 16, 18, 19, 22, 25, 27, 31, 34 and 35
- buses 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 36, 38, 39, 43, 44, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 60 and 63.
This means that the driver will stop only if a passenger signals in time that they want to get off, either by pressing the door open/STOP button or by standing where the driver can see them.
