Lai piedalītos tirgus izpētē nepieciešams aizpildīt pieteikuma un piedāvājuma formu, tai pievienoto Pielikums Nr. 1 Tehniskā un finanšu piedāvājuma formu Tirgus izpētes 1. daļai “Tramvaja Škoda T15 vilces dzinēja apkope” un/vai Pielikums Nr. 2 Tehniskā un finanšu piedāvājuma formu Tirgus izpētes 2. daļai “Tramvaja Škoda T15 vilces dzinējam nepieciešamo rezerves daļu piegāde”, norādot prasīto informāciju.
Piedāvājumu var iesniegt par vienu vai abām iepirkuma priekšmeta daļām, pēc Piegādātāja izvēles.
Pieteikumā un piedāvājumā iekļautā informācija tiks izmantota atklātas iepirkuma procedūras sagatavošanai un nolikuma izstrādei.
Pasūtītājam ir tiesības neizvēlēties nevienu piedāvājumu, pārtraukt vai izbeigt tirgus izpēti bez rezultāta.

To participate in the market survey, you are required to complete the Application and Offer Form, along with the attached Annex No. 1 – Technical and Financial Offer Form for Part 1 of the Market Survey: “Maintenance of Škoda T15 Tram Traction Motor” and/or Annex No. 2 – Technical and Financial Offer Form for Part 2 of the Market Survey: “Supply of Spare Parts for Škoda T15 Tram Traction Motor”, indicating the requested information.
You may submit an offer for one or both parts of the procurement subject, at your discretion.
The information included in the application and offer will be used to prepare the open procurement procedure and to develop the procurement documentation.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to select any offer, and to suspend or terminate the market survey without result.
