We invite you to participate in the market research and submit an application along with an informative offer.
To participate in the market research, you must complete the application form and its annex (General Technical Specification of the Supply Object), providing the requested information.
Objectives of the market research: Before announcing the procurement procedure, the Contracting Authority aims to learn more about the capabilities of the market participants, available market offers, cost levels, and the compliance of technical specifications with the objectives of the planned procurement.
The information included in the application will help the Contracting Authority to ensure an equal treatment of the market participants and to promote fair competition.
